He had won every service game in the tournament, a feat achieved by just eight men at this level before him. The ease with which he brushed aside all nine break points against him reflected his confidence. It took two return games for Jannik Sinner to viciously drag the Czech back down to earth. Using a water pool during labour for low-risk pregnancies is as safe as giving birth out of water, research shows
Giving birth in a water bath does not increase the risk of complications for the baby or its mother, a study has found.
Researchers at the University of Cardiff assessed 73,229 records from low-risk pregnancies where a water pool was used during labour across 26 NHS organisations in England and Wales between 2015 and 2022.
